Monitor & optimize process performance on the production line
Troubleshoot root causes and improve process quality while reducing cost
Support technology & process transfer from US/Thailand teams
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Materials, Physics, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)
Minimum 2 years of experience (cleanroom / vacuum technology is a strong advantage)
Strong data analysis skills
Fluent English – both spoken and written (direct communication with US teams)
Able to multitask with a positive, open-minded attitude
Good presentation skills
