Formula Development & Lab Testing
Develop and optimize PU flexible foam formulations. Conduct lab trials and evaluate physical properties.
Performance Evaluation & Analysis
Test and analyze foam properties including density, hardness, IFD, compression, resilience, tensile, tear strength, and aging.
Process Support & Troubleshooting
Support production by solving foam defects and process issues (shrinkage, collapse, uneven cell, discoloration, odor, etc.).
Documentation & Data Management
Maintain accurate lab records, SOPs, test reports, COA/TDS, and ensure data integrity.
Location: King Global Inc. Chonburi, Thailand
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience
Experience in PU Flexible Foam development or related industry (mattress, furniture, automotive, packaging, etc.) is preferred.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of PU chemistry, raw materials, additives, foam process, and lab equipment. Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.
Communication
Good communication and teamwork. Able to work with production, QA, and global teams.
